At the 1876 Centennial Exhibition, the Mt. Lebanon Shakers were praised for combining in their chairs "strength, sprightliness, and modest beauty." This rocker is one which knitters, needleworkers, and home sewing enthusiasts find to be particularly convenient because there are no arms to hinder movement. Rock maple frame.

Available as an unfinished kit and a "made to order" finished piece.
