Wooden bowls were among the many utilitarian items made by Shaker craftsmen for the "kitchen Sisters". Ours are hand turned from solid blocks of clear black cherry ( Prunus serotina). The quality is uniformly excellent. Bowls are sanded, then finished with food-safe mineral oil.Cherry wood bowls measure 8", 10", and 12" in diameter. Gift boxed.
