hese practical trays, originally found at the Shaker community in Sabbathday Lake, Maine, were used in the canning room for fruits and berries. The sides slope to increase capacity and to provide a better grip for carrying. We make them in two convenient sizes which nest for compact storage. Clear cherry with an oil and wax finish.
