Serving Table
The great triumph of Shaker design and craftsmanship is that their furniture, conceived 150 years ago, is just as appealing in its appearance and practical in its function today as it was then. This table, for example, was possibly intended for the ministry's dining room. But it is also perfect for a hallway, behind a sofa, as a desk, or even as a dressing table.
Note the uniquely designed feet at the base of the gently tapered legs. The original is the collection at Hancock Shaker Village in Massachusetts. We make the Serving Table entirely made of solid clear maple.
Available as an unfinished kit and a "made to order" finished piece.
